BBA in Hospitality Management (International Program) is UNWTO.TedQual certified for quality assurance in education by the United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). This program is designed to produce graduates with international competences in order to serve the needs of the global hospitality industry. The curriculum offers a well-balance mixture of theory and practice that includes management skills, language skills, interpersonal skills, service mind and professional ethics. Students are required to choose one of 3 specializations* as follows:

  • Hotel Management
  • Food and Beverage Service Management
  • Event Management

* The specializations offered depend on the number of registered students.

Future Careers

After graduating from this program, students will be able to work in a variety of businesses. For example, hotels, MICE (such as meeting organizer, incentive travel management), restaurants, quick service restaurants, and become business owners.

For intake 2020 onwards (student ID 63 onwards)

To graduate, students must complete a minimum requirement of 136 credits. The curriculum is divided into General Education Courses (30 credits), Specific Courses (88 credits), Free Elective Courses (6 credits), and Internship Courses (12 credits).

After graduating from this program, students will be able to work in the following area; inbound and outbound tour operators, travel agents, cruise line operation and management, tour guides, airline ground service agents, flight attendants, airport management, marketing for airlines, airline reservation and ticketing agents, national park rangers, and become business owners.

SERVICE INNOVATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (SIM)

For intake 2020 onwards (student ID 63 onward) PROSPECTUS

This program is designed to produce graduates with competences driven by innovation and management practice for business within the service sector, which play vital roles in the current global economy. Graduates are equipped with business condition analysis, problem solving skills, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills in organizational management. 4th year students can choose either of the following plans (at least 21 credits) as per their interest.

  • Plan A Study as specified in the study plan at the Faculty or
  • Plan B* Participate in any exchange program abroad for 2 semesters and has the right to earn additional degree from collaborated universities.
