In the subject of Risk and Crisis Management in the Hospitality Industry by Aj. Kristina Stosic, Ms. Jayne Macdougall (Hospitality Risk Management and Sustainability Consultant) was invited to conduct a special lecture on Case Studies in Hospitality Emergency and Disaster Management on March 15th 2021.
Having worked in Le Meridien Phuket for over 20 years, and overseeing Tsunami emergency management at the property, Khun Jayne shared her insights and important guidelines about disaster preparedness and management.
The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism (FHT), Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Phuket Campus is currently cooperating with Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) in organising workshops for FHT students during semester 2/2020.
The workshops include a variety of topics relating to the MICE industry.
