Thailand's second best-known festival after the New Year's festival know as Songkran.
Loi Krathong, is the Festival of Lights. One the most enchanting of all Thai festival's. The festival is held annually all over the country. Loi Kratong takes place on the evening of a full moon in the 12th month of the traditional Thai lunar calendar. The exact date of the festival changes every year.
